How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?

Go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Charted RN → Cancel Subscription. You can also tap "Manage subscription" in the app's Profile tab. To avoid being charged, cancel a free trial at least 24 hours before it ends.

I paid but the app still shows the paywall

Tap "Restore" on the paywall, or "Restore purchases" in Profile. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I think a question or rationale is wrong

Tap "Report" on the question and tell us what's wrong. Every report is reviewed, and corrections ship in app updates.

I changed phones. Where is my progress?

Your study plan and answers are stored on your device, so they don't move to a new phone yet. Your subscription does: tap "Restore purchases" on the new phone.

Is this the official NCLEX?

No. Charted RN is an independent study app and isn't affiliated with NCSBN, Pearson VUE or any board of nursing. Confirm licensing steps and dates with your board and Pearson VUE.
